50 year old version of Rhinoceros!
Human brain is so complicated and has such a great capacity to create such tools to ease solving issues! I can’t believe they had progressed such a program at the time that maybe there was even no computer in Iran at all.
Very impressive! I am looking forward how smart the program could be after 50 years. Maybe just see what we will use after 5 years.
I never knew that sketchpads exists that long. It is such an influential computer program; I believe it served a lot to other designers of the new sketchpads and software afterwards. I just I feel a little bit sad that there are no women in the documentary but just man and the important machine.
Why did we not know about this? Meaning, why isn’t Ivan Sutherlands not celebrated for designing a highly functional sketchpad, much before we even had touch phones.
You gotta be kidding me!
Good that also the size of computers changed in the last 50 years 🙂
